Los Angles Sheriff's Department is testing 17 Mini Cooper (electric) for BMW. For many situations the small size is very practical and stylish as well. The interior space is much larger than expected and they handle very well. They are relativly inexpensive and if the back seats are flipped down there is plenty of stowing space.
